This 60 minute class is suitable for all levels. Students will be shown different breathing techniques, yoga poses & meditations; all geared towards bridging the gap between mind & body. This class will be great for those struggling with a stress-filled life but it will also be great for anyone seeking preventative care - to avoid burn-out. It will be great for those needing to find balance and calm.
