This well- balanced class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath - starting with a 30 minute Flow that gently brings you to a 30 minute Restorative practice. Restorative yoga deeply relaxes the body and stills the mind. The use of props will enhance flexibility which allows the body to heal and return to balance. This class is suitable for everyone.
