Nearly one year ago we began to accommodate the ever-changing circumstances of a global pandemic. Many of us were impacted in every area of our lives and for many of us, this impact continues.

We quickly dove into managing all that was being thrown at us and we did it well.. until we didn't. Our nervous systems are simply not designed for pedal to the metal, indefinite uncertainty and unsustainable workloads. We are running on empty.

Join us for an evening of discussion, learning and Yoga.

We will begin with learning all things nervous system, trauma response and grief relief with Tessa Van Oene of Weber Physiotherapy. Her work is fascinating, so don't worry, we have left time for questions and answers.

We will end the evening with Kelly, guiding a Yin & Restorative Yoga practice to stabilize your nervous system and offer some tools to help start filling that tank back up!
