A gentle and approachable Hatha series focused on balance & strength. This series contains no downdog, no upper body weight bearing or flow - making it an excellent option for those with upper body injuries or mobility issues (getting up and down off the floor for example). This class is capped off with a wonderfully nourishing and releasing deep stretch & relaxing Savasana. Great for all levels.
