Join Kelly Tibbets and Jamie deKoning for a 90 minute class specifically designed for Nurses. It's a "thank you" and acknowledgement of all that they have endured the last 14 months and a validation of their road ahead. We hope to provide a moment of peace to fill their cups and fight tanks to continue to show up and support their patients.

This carefully curated practice will specifically address physical & emotional symptoms, including but not limited to:
* back, neck & foot pain
* heartache & heartbreak
* moral distress/ethical strain
* burnout/depression
* overwhelm/anxiety
* grief
This class will be a gentle Yin/Restorative class. Suitable for all levels.

Even though, we are offering this class for Nurses; it's probably safe to assume that many of us are feeling similar at this time and all are welcome to attend! The class is pay what you can. Please sign-up and after the class you will receive a link with payment instructions.
