Rebecca Murray is co-owner & co-director of Love Yoga. She is qualified in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Nutrition & Reiki. She specialises in tailoring Yoga to individual needs and is a committed student and teacher. Rebecca teaches humour, honesty, and lightness. She offers general classes, workshops and retreats as well as Yoga Therapy 1:1s, nutrition consultations and reiki sessions. Description

This is a strong, deep but accessible practice that works not only to build strength and flexibility, and balance the nervous system, but also to bring space and stillness to the mind. We work with dynamic flows to allow our breath to drive our movement and bring the benefits of yoga to every layer of our beings in a strong meditative way. There is a focus on deep core strengthening to build physical and mental/emotional stability as well as on gently, efficiently increasing flexibilty, balance and focus.
