Description

This class will entail a long holds practice that will allow us to stay in specific poses longer (3 to 5 minutes) challenging our strength, stamina, and focus. However, a long holds practice will also allow us to welcome thoughts and emotions as they arise, observing the body's response to staying in stillness and releasing held tension in the body and mind through observation of the breath. Ultimately freedom and ease reveals itself through the calming of the fluctuations of the mind. This class will also include guided pranayama and meditation.
