Workshop: Coming Home, Meditation for Everyday Life (4 Week Series, Week 1 of 4)

July 28, 2026 • 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Christina Sticka-Jacobs

Description

This class is a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect—right in the midst of ordinary life. Designed for householders and anyone navigating the rhythms of work, family, and daily responsibilities, this practice honors that your life is not separate from meditation—it is the path.

With a soothing, compassionate approach, we’ll explore simple techniques that meet you exactly where you are. Whether your days feel full, repetitive, or quietly overwhelming, these guided meditations offer a space to rest your attention, care for your nervous system, and cultivate a steady, kind awareness.

There’s no need to change your life or escape it. Together, we’ll learn how to sit with what’s here—finding small moments of stillness, clarity, and ease within the everyday. This is a practice of coming home to yourself, just as you are.
