Vinyasa (Vin) yoga is an active yoga practice that links one pose to the next in a flow-like manner, using the breath to move you from pose to pose. Yin yoga is a very restorative style of yoga where the poses are practiced lying down or sitting on the floor and focuses on down-regulating the nervous system. In this class we will spend 30 minutes doing each type of yoga so we can move, stretch, & recover.
