Yoga & Pilates are blended together to stretch & strengthen your body for this full body practice with a special emphasis on your core. All levels of students will benefit and feel challenged by this class.
In this class we will be moving slower through our yoga practice making it easy to follow along as we work on breath, balance & increased flexibility. We also combine some slower Yin style stretches to find ease & release in our muscles.
New/beginner yogis will love the ease of being able to follow along and learn poses while more advanced yogis will enjoy being able to deepen their yoga practice by focusing on breath & balance.
