A graduate of Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Sports Science, Som brings a deep understanding of human movement and performance to her classes. With over 6 years as a functional fitness coach, 3 years in CrossFit, and 2 years teaching Pilates, she combines strength, mobility, and mindful movement into every session.
