Description

This practice is designed to wake you with gentle yoga- some flow, breath of joy, gentle Hatha and therapeutic yoga all in one class. Beginners Meditation practice will be included. Building strength, stability, alignment, and different poses.
 
Great time to begin a regular morning practice as requested by many of our advanced Meditation students, but even if you are just beginning it's the perfect opportunity to join in! It’s awesome to start the day together.
