Spend 8 weeks investigating NEW and different aspects of traditional yoga that support long term health. Supporting Mind, body and spirit as each week we look at a different theme: Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Yoga Anatomy, Mudras, Vayu's, Gods and Goddesses of Yoga and the meaning behind the poses, starting a home practice, the Gunas and much more. Regular journaling and some special LVY swag included!
