join like minded curious students who are trying to begin a meditation practice . Each week a different reading chosen by the students is part of the discussion , neuroscience and the benefits to the brain are taught. How to sit , strengthen the spine Is educated on - Along with building a daily meditation/mindfulness practice . Each sesssion will include a 20 minute practice and build from there.
