Description
Flow Yoga with warrior poses, fun music - sweat and work for the 1st 30 minutes as the class shifts for a cool down with slow deep stretching in Yin Yoga close to the floor to end. Working on strengthening the lower back, knees and hips- bonus candles for relaxation:)
