Enjoy a reclined warm up with Hatha poses and flow yoga combined. After a short warm up, flowing from pose to pose, great way to get a physical moving practice and start the weekend with some energy. Flow series will be accessible to all students and longer holds as Hatha yoga invites us to become more aware or our physicality. Deepen your awareness of alignment.
