Inner thigh work with light weights. Kneeling the inner thigh and standing splits inner thigh work. Using a light spring, yellow through the majority of the class. You can choose to advance with kneeling inner thigh and take all springs off or if you are a beginner or rehabbing pop on a medium spring being green or yellow.
