A yoga workshop dedicated to women’s physical and mental health, focusing on wellbeing, stress management, and the sharing of self-care and relaxation techniques.

The first part, “Yoga & Self-Care – Taking Care of Yourself with Awareness,” offers a gentle yoga practice designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and integrate simple tools to support daily self-care.

The second part, “Breathwork & the Nervous System – Regulate and Relax,” focuses on breathing techniques and relaxation practices that help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a state of physical and mental calm.

This workshop is offered in an inclusive and supportive space, open to people of all ages, gender identities, and body types, where everyone can feel safe, respected, and free to practice at their own pace.

Accessible to all, the session combines gentle movement, conscious breathing, and guided relaxation, providing participants with practical tools to improve their overall wellbeing and support their health in everyday life.
