In this class, we’ll build your practice step-by-step toward a peak pose. Starting with foundational asanas, we’ll focus on alignment and mindful breathing before moving into a fluid, breath-connected flow.

Combining modern anatomy research with traditional yoga wisdom, this class adapts yoga to meet the needs of today’s lifestyle. It’s perfect for building strength, flexibility, and balance while tapping into your inner flow.

If you’re new to yoga, I’d suggest starting with the Vinyasa classes ( 10.00 - 11.00 am ) to build a solid foundation. But hey, if you’re up for a bit more adventure and ready to dive into something fun and dynamic, you’re absolutely welcome to join this class, too!

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper.
The class starts and you are in the Flow. We transition from one asana to the next one while synchronizing and connecting breath, movement to the beat of the music.

While practicing to modern music, we’ll build up a sequence of yoga asanas step by step, which then come together choreographed to a particular song. Inside Flow will touch your heart directly, strengthen your body, and leave you feeling uplifted and connected.

Based on the yogic philosophy SPANDA - the pulsation of nature - we embody the Spanda with our breath and our movement.
The class starts and you are in the Flow, you transition and move from one asana to another.
The aim is to harmonise body and mind and to achieve a meditative state through the combination of music, breath and movement.
