We’re offering two classes flowing side by side, so the whole family can enjoy yoga together:

🧘‍♀️ All-levels Yoga for adults with Maura – a gentle, grounding practice to relax your mind, energize your body, and restore your balance.
🧒 Kids Yoga (ages 4+) with Laurence – playful movement, breathing, and relaxation designed especially for little yogis.

While you enjoy your practice, your children will be nearby having their own mindful adventure. A perfect way to share a calm and joyful moment in nature.

A dynamic Vinyasa class that links breath with movement in a smooth, continuous flow. With a focus on proper alignment and mindful transitions, this class helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and move safely and confidently. Suitable for beginners, as well as intermediate practitioners, with options offered throughout.
