Step into a world of giggles and yoga magic! In this class, preschool aged yogis are invited to dive into a universe of age-appropriate yoga poses and playful breath adventures. Through enchanting games, whimsical songs, and captivating stories, your little ones will embark on a journey that equips them with the secret tools of relaxation and serenity. Watch as their focus and attention span flourish like never before, thanks to the enchanting power of yoga. Sparkling with creativity, our imaginative games and gentle breath exercises become the compass guiding children through the realms of emotion regulation and self-mastery. With every pose mastered and every friendship kindled, these budding yogis will find their self-confidence soaring to new heights. Yoga is the key to making friends, building confidence, and having a blast!

This class will run as a 6 week series beginning 9/18 and ending 10/30. There will be no class on 10/9

Yogis will work with a variety of media, including paper, paint, markers and clay to create a different craft each class. A yoga flow will accompany each lesson for a fun filled series meant to unlock our creativity within. Yoga for Tweens is so much more than exercise. From shyness to independence to finding their voices, Tweens will also explore how to build confidence and self esteem. Yoga gives us tools to help focus, slow down and balance the good with the bad in a healthy way

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 13 weeks. Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.

This is a great class for siblings to do together. This age group will focus on moving through various yoga asanas (poses) and stretching exercises to help kids improve strength, flexibility, movement integration and coordination. Breathing and visualization techniques will be utilized to increase relaxation and concentration, while learning methods of self-discipline and control. Kids will leave feeling energized, self confident and happy.

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 13 weeks. Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.

Yoga for Tweens & Teens is so much more than exercise. From shyness to independence to finding their voices, they are faced with challenges every day. In this series, we’ll explore how to build confidence and self esteem with age appropriate yoga asanas (poses), games and breath work.
Yoga gives us tools to help focus, slow down and balance the good with the bad in a healthy way

Yoga helps develop body awareness, increase flexibility, build muscle, feel part of a healthy, non competitive group, build self esteem, manage stress and increase concentration and focus. All of these benefits have the capability to flow into our boys’ every day lives, both in the classroom and at home.

This BOYoga Series is created specifically for boys to come to a judgment free class, learn to increase flexibility and muscle in both mind and body, which will help in other sports and areas of life.

This class will run as a 6 week session beginning on 9/13 and ending 10/25. There will be no class on 9/20. We’ll be celebrating winning Best of Hudson Valley!

Children will learn healthy peer interaction, spacial awareness, a sense of self confidence and much more. Props, such as stuffed animals, parachutes and essential oils are used to enhance the experience. Students will have fun and leave feeling accomplished and relaxed.

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 14 weeks (there will be no class on 11/23). Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.

From moral issues, social media challenges, to peer pressure and much more, teens face the same challenges as we do. When given the proper tools, our teens learn to deal with every day life challenges in a whole new way! This results in better focus, concentration and better judgment.

Now is a great time to provide kids with tools they can use daily.
