90-Minute Hot Yoga: Our Signature Class
• Focus: A dynamic, strength-based yoga practice performed in a heated environment to enhance flexibility, endurance, and detoxification through sweat and deep breathing.
• Benefits: Builds flexibility – Heat allows muscles and joints to stretch more deeply and safely.
Enhances endurance & strength – Holding postures in a heated environment builds muscular and mental resilience.
Boosts circulation & cardiovascular health – The combination of movement and heat increases heart rate and blood flow.
Detoxifies the body – Sweating helps eliminate toxins and cleanse the skin.
Improves focus & mental discipline – The challenge of practicing in heat trains concentration and mindfulness.
Supports weight management – Higher calorie burn due to increased heart rate and sustained movement.
Reduces stress & tension – Heat and deep breathing promote relaxation and release built-up tension in the body.
This 90-minute class, inspired by Bikram Yoga, features a set sequence of 26 postures practiced in a heated studio. Each posture is held twice, allowing you to deepen your practice and progress with every class. The first 50 minutes focus on the Standing Series, elevating your heart rate and core temperature, while the final 40 minutes comprise the Floor Series, promoting healing and relaxation.
