90-Minute Hot Yoga — Our Signature Class
A powerful, structured practice performed in a heated room, designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus.
Inspired by the traditional 26&2 sequence, this class follows a fixed progression of postures practiced twice, allowing you to deepen your awareness and track your progress over time.
The first part of the class (Standing Series) elevates heart rate, builds strength, and develops endurance.
The second part (Floor Series) supports recovery, flexibility, and nervous system balance.

• Improve flexibility safely through heat

About Martha
Martha completed her 200-hour hot yoga training in 2018 and has since expanded her expertise with certifications in Wheel Yoga, Transformative Sequencing, SUP Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
With a background in psychology and addiction studies, her teaching bridges physical practice with deeper awareness, supporting both strength and inner balance.
