🔴 26&2 — Classic Sequence (90’) ★ ★ ★ (Simona)

A 90-minute heated class based on the traditional 26&2 sequence, designed to systematically work the entire body through a fixed series of postures and breathing exercises.

Each posture is repeated twice, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop balance with consistency over time. The structured format creates a focused and disciplined practice that supports both physical and mental resilience.

With a background in contemporary dance, she combines structured sequencing with functional flexibility training, creating a practice that blends strength, control, and fluid movement.

She is a certified Stretching Coach with YogaBody® (2024) and a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP), with a strong foundation in both Vinyasa and hot yoga methodologies.

Her classes are precise, challenging, and deeply effective — designed to help students move better, feel stronger, and progress over time.
