🔴 26&2 — Classic Sequence (90’) ★ ★ ★ (Jumpei)

A structured and disciplined sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room.

This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus through repetition and precision. Each posture is approached with awareness, allowing the body to open progressively over time.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the practice encourages consistency, patience, and self-observation.

At Momos Hot Yoga Malta, this class is taught with respect for the traditional structure while supporting each student’s individual journey.

Doors open 15 minutes before class.
Please arrive early to allow time to settle in and prepare for practice.

If you are new to the studio, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance so we can guide you before the class begins.

Late entry is not permitted once the class has started.

Jumpei is originally from Japan and comes from a professional background in dance and choreography.

Through his passion for movement and body awareness, he explored various bodywork practices including Pilates, Reiki, and Chinese massage.

He discovered hot yoga in 2011 and has been practicing consistently in both Japan and Australia, developing a deep connection with the discipline over the years.

After moving to Malta, he completed his Hot Yoga Teacher Training with Hot Yoga Malta – Momos Hot Yoga Malta, and has been part of the studio environment since 2022, following an initial period of internship and practice.

His teaching is rooted in focus, precision, and dedication to the Bikram 26&2 sequence, bringing a disciplined and attentive approach to the practice.
