Join a class designed to build the essential foundations of your yoga practice in a cozy, warm environment. Perfect for those starting their yoga journey, this session focuses on exploring fundamental poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness principles always with the reminder to listen to your own body and move at your pace.
What to Expect:
⢠Introductory Meditation: Begin with a short meditation to center your mind, calm the breath, and arrive fully in the present moment.
⢠Foundational Poses: Learn simple, essential yoga postures with gentle guidance. Rather than striving for âperfectâ alignment, the emphasis is on noticing how each pose feels in your body.
⢠Mindful Practice: Throughout the class, youâll be encouraged to tune into your breath, connect body and mind to reach relaxation, and honor your own limits â fostering awareness, ease, and self-connection.

Sophie has finely crafted her expertise by completing the Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course at Hot Yoga Malta. This accomplishment led to her recognition as a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 200) and YACEP since 2019. In addition to being a mindfulness coach, she is certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy and is an avid student of therapeutic yoga through embodylab.
Doors open 15 minutes before class, giving you time to settle in, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, and connect with your teacher if you have any questions or need support before practice begins.
