Description

A class where relaxation meets stretching and mobility in a candle-lit studio, which will help you feel grounded, relaxed and calm just before bedtime, giving you one of the best sleeps possible.

The class involves gentle movements but is still challenging, especially if one is motivated to dive deeper in the postures and experience a hybrid between pushing your flexibility and relaxation.
As you practice among the soothing candles, you can really gain some clarity and find that peace of mind and tap into some mindfulness.

Join this class to find balance and serenity through mindful movement and breath.

Doors open 10 minutes before the class.

Bring your own water, towel, and something warm to possibly cover yourself with during Savasana. Mats are provided and towels are available to rent at the studio.

About Your Instructor:

Albane Dechêne

Albane’s background in rhythmic gymnastics and her studies in Human Nutrition & Health Education have shaped her deep understanding of movement and well-being. She brings a dynamic and intentional approach to her classes, combining strength, breath awareness, and mindful postural alignment.

Certified in 200-hour Hatha-based training, Albane is currently expanding her expertise with Yoga Therapy (310h), integrating therapeutic techniques to support injury prevention, stress relief, and overall balance. A dedicated Hot Yoga practitioner and CrossFit athlete, she focuses on developing both strength and mobility while guiding students toward greater body awareness and resilience.

Her classes offer a balance of challenge and restoration, creating space for both intensity and softness.
