Description

A condensed, meditative version of the traditional Bikram Hot Yoga series.
This 60-minute silent practice includes all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated room with minimal verbal instruction.

The teacher practices with the class, guiding primarily through presence, timing, and subtle cues — allowing students to cultivate deep inner focus and self-awareness.

Ideal for practitioners familiar with the 26&2 sequence who wish to explore discipline, stillness, and strength in a quiet, mindful setting. Postures are designed specifically to combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work the entire body. It focuses at strengthening all the major muscles in the body, realigning the body and providing a cardiovascular workout without stressing the joints.

Simona, is the heart behind HotYoga Malta, the founder of Momosyoga, and the lead trainer for Yoga Teaching Training. With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic work through extensive research on movement and contact improvisation practice. As a Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 500 YACEP)
