Hot Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yet accessible morning class practiced in a hot room, designed to gently energise the body while building strength, improving mobility, and supporting confident movement in the heat.
The class focuses on functional sequences, controlled transitions, and clear guidance, allowing movement and breath to work together in a steady, intentional practice. Options are offered throughout to support different levels, making the class suitable for those new to hot yoga while still engaging for regular practitioners.
This practice supports flexibility, joint stability, circulation, and overall fitness, helping you start the day feeling awake, grounded, and balanced.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centred, and ready to move into the day with clarity and strength.
Before class
Doors open 15 minutes before practice. Arrive early to settle in, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, and connect with your teacher if you have any questions or need guidance before stepping onto the mat.
Daniela is a certified yoga teacher who completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. With a background in dance and several years of personal practice, she brings strong body awareness, precision, and mindful movement into her classes.
Her teaching is grounded, clear, and supportive, with a focus on strength, mobility, and safe alignment. Daniela creates an inclusive environment where students can build confidence, stability, and resilience while moving with intention and ease.
