A Two-Day Immersive Study of Structure, Breath & Sustainable Practice
This workshop explores the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga through disciplined structure, intelligent alignment, and refined internal awareness.
Rather than focusing on speed or performance, the emphasis is on understanding how breath, bandha, and drishti (Tristana) create internal architecture — supporting strength, stability, and long-term sustainability in practice.
The approach is structured yet accessible, offering clarity for practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of movement and cultivate a grounded, sustainable self-practice.

About Stefano Peschiulli
Stefano Peschiulli is a spiritual seeker and former professional ballet dancer who discovered Ashtanga Yoga and was profoundly transformed by its discipline and depth.
He began his Ashtanga training with Vairagya Ranko (Level II Authorized Teacher and direct disciple of Sharath Jois) before traveling to India — between Rishikesh and Mysore — to deepen both his practice and his study of yoga philosophy. He had the privilege of studying directly with Paramaguru Sharath Jois at the Sharath Yoga Centre (SYC), and since 2020 has continued his philosophical studies under Swami Tadatmananda Saraswati.
With over 2,500 hours of training and more than ten years of teaching experience, Stefano has served as a Lead Teacher in multiple teacher training programs, specializing in Ashtanga, alignment, and philosophy. He is also a certified GYROTONIC® Method instructor and teacher trainer, integrating structural precision and movement intelligence into his approach.
In 2023, he founded Yogābhyāsa, a Spiritual Research Center dedicated to practice, study, and self-inquiry. His teaching weaves together traditional Ashtanga method, the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali, and non-dual teachings of Advaita Vedānta — offering a path that supports both physical clarity and inner understanding.
