Welcome to our room sanctuary where science meets stretch. This 60-minute class is designed to help you safely and effectively increase flexibility, release deep tension, and support your overall movement practice.

Inspired by the YOGABODY® method, this session includes:
• Long-hold, gravity-based stretches for hips, hamstrings, spine, and shoulders
• Science-backed techniques to increase range of motion
