🔴 26&2 — Classic Sequence (90’) ★ ★ ★ (Simona)
A structured sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room.
This class develops strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus through repetition and precision. Each posture builds on the previous one, allowing the body to open progressively and safely over time.
Suitable for all levels, the practice encourages consistency, discipline, and self-awareness.
At Momos Hot Yoga Malta, this class is taught with respect for the traditional structure while supporting each student’s individual journey.

If you are new to the studio, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance so we can guide you before the class begins.

She is a certified Stretching Coach with YogaBody® (2024) and a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP), with a strong foundation in both Vinyasa and hot yoga methodologies.
Her classes are precise, challenging, and deeply effective — designed to help students move better, feel stronger, and progress over time.
A mother of twins, Simona brings real-life resilience and consistency into her teaching, inspiring students to build strength and balance both on and off the mat.
