🔴 Signature (60’) ★★ (Anna)
A 60-minute dynamic practice that blends the structure of the 26&2-inspired sequence with the fluidity of Vinyasa.
This class combines the grounding, therapeutic benefits of our Signature Sequence with continuous, breath-led movement. Practiced in a heated room, it supports strength, flexibility, and focus, while allowing a more natural and flowing experience.
The pace is slightly slower than a traditional Bikram-style express class, making it accessible while still delivering a strong, effective practice.
Ideal for both first-timers and regular hot yoga practitioners looking to move with more fluidity while maintaining structure and depth.
🔴 Heated class
Anna is a certified Yoga Teacher (YTT – Momos Hot Yoga Malta, 2025) and Aerial Yoga Teacher with a background in lyrical dance, fitness, and endurance training. Her classes focus on stability, control, and mindful progression, creating a supportive environment where students can build strength, mobility, and confidence through steady, intentional practice.
Doors open 15 minutes before class, giving you time to settle in, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, and speak with your teacher if you have any questions or need assistance before practice begins.
