After 5 weeks of part-time Yoga Teacher Training, our trainee is stepping onto the mat to guide her very first public class, a truly meaningful milestone in her journey.
Join us for a warm, energising practice in a gently heated room (30°C), offering the perfect balance of challenge and comfort.
This class forms part of her final practical assessment, and your presence will help create a supportive, encouraging, and uplifting environment as she shares everything she has learned.
