Doors open 15 minutes before class.
Please arrive early to settle in and prepare for practice.
If you are new to the studio, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance so we can guide you before the class begins.
Aidan began his yoga journey six years ago in Switzerland, where he took his first Yin class, followed by his first 26&2 Hot Yoga class. He soon developed a regular practice and a particular love for Hot Yoga, noticing positive changes in his mind and body.
In 2024, he travelled to Kerala, India, to complete his Hatha Yoga teacher training with Joseph and Joyal, founders of Pranam Joseph Yoga. Alongside his training, he explored breathwork and Ayurveda. He also studied Ayurvedic nutrition, herbology and cooking, and continues to apply these principles in his life.
Hatha has become the foundation of Aidan’s teaching, while he continues to value the 26&2 sequence. He finds that the two practices complement each other beautifully.
Aidan is grateful to share his love of yoga at Momos Hot Yoga Malta and looks forward to seeing you in class.
