Simona is the heart behind Hot Yoga Malta, founder of MomosYoga, and lead trainer for the Yoga Teacher Training program. With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic practices and contact improvisation, and her teaching is deeply informed by mindfulness and movement research. She is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP) and a certified Mindfulness Coach.
