Sophie has finely crafted her expertise by completing the Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course at Hot Yoga Malta. In addition to being a mindfulness coach, she is certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy and is an avid student of therapeutic yoga through embodylab.

Martha completed her 200-hour hot yoga training in 2018 and has since earned certifications in Wheel Yoga, Transformative Sequencing, SUP Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
