Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (RYT-200).
Yasmine brings over 15 years of teaching experience with foundations in Ashtanga and Vinyasa, blending structured sequencing with breath-led movement. She creates classes that are strong, accessible, and supportive, guiding students of all levels to connect with strength, calm, and confidence on the mat.

A 60-minute heated class focused on mindful, steady movement with time to explore postures, balance, and strength. The practice is slower paced and accessible to all levels, offering space to build stability, awareness, and confidence. Olivia is a yoga instructor based in Malta, with a background in aerobics and movement. Certified as a yoga teacher in 2021, she brings strength, fluidity, and mindful awareness into her classes. Olivia is also a Pilates Reformer instructor and is currently completing her Pilates Mat certification. Her teaching focuses on accessible, balanced practices that support both body and mind.

Amina completed her 200-hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training at Momo's HotYogaMalta in 2025.
She also holds certifications in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), as well as breathwork, meditation, and Yin Yoga. After a three-month internship at Momo's HotYogaMalta, she became a teacher at the studio in an ongoing capacity.
