Half slow flow (through yoga sun salutations and other sequences) half deep restoration, this class invites an educated relationship with our emotions based in research of what specific emotions are trying to tell us or help us with. Trauma informed, IFS informed, beneficial for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and overall health and understanding of the whole person. Moderately challenging at times and deeply restful, this class can improve overall health (with the understanding that emotional and mental health is physical health). This class is open to and beneficial for childbearing individuals.
