Dawn studied at the first organized school of yoga in the world, The Yoga Institute and has been teaching for almost 27 years. She believes that unlearning conditioning is important along side of learning and reclaiming a deep sense of self trust.

Description

A typical breath has 4 parts; the inhale, a brief pause, the exhale, and a pause. Conscious Connected breathing directly connects the inhale and exhale, rapidly oxygenating the body and allowing for release of stored tensions, congested emotions, and sometimes even leads to epiphanies . The practice is done laying down, accompanied by music with and a support person if you'd like support.
