TREAT WHILE YOU TRAIN Master class description:
Anita conducts master classes of myo-fascial body and breath work to enhance athletic performance and to prevent and treat common myo-fascial injuries. This class uses varying sizes and densities of rubber massage balls. Laboratory evidence has shown this ball therapy prior to a workout enhances muscular contractility, and post-workout can enhance myo-fascial recovery.

Common limitations that respond to ball therapy include ankle and shoulder mobility, plantar fasciitis, diaphragmatic and chest wall rigidity, back and chest tension, IT band-related tightness, and pelvic floor tension (for men too!).
