A gentle pilates class where the instructor takes the time to adjust the class according to her students. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, Helen knows how to challenge you, exactly what your body is asking for.
Helen Griffith is a certified Pilates Instructor and is passionate about helping others with spinal rehabilitation and sports injury recovery. She has over 13 years of experience in teaching mat-based group classes using Pilates props, and individual sessions on the Pilates Reformer. She has coached a multitude of clients ranging from professional athletes to individuals with spinal rehabilitation needs, as well as other health conditions and fitness challenges. Working closely with all her clients, she presents a personalized approach to overall health and fitness, with a keen emphasis on body and mind awareness, and close attention to the proper Pilates techniques to transform her clients into strong, balanced and healthy individuals.
