This is a beautiful opportunity to mindfully move the body, pause, and nourish your spirit in the stillness of meditation.
We’ll begin with gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body for stillness. From there, we’ll explore a guided meditation inspired by the energy of winter—a time for reflection, rest, and renewal. Together, we’ll centre the mind, calm the body, and create space for clarity and intention.
