Welcome to the third series of Yoga to Lift the Spirits. A 5-Week Journey to Regulate, Energise, and Uplift
Give yourself the gift of an hour a week over the course of 5 weeks to breathe, move, and simply be.

Life can feel overwhelming as we’re all moving fast, juggling responsibilities, and rarely taking time to pause.
This series offers a gentle reset for body and mind — a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember your natural rhythm.
These classes are designed to support emotional well-being and nervous system balance helping you find calm, clarity, and vitality from the inside out. When the nervous system is balanced, we feel more centred, creative, and connected - the foundation for emotional resilience and joy.

After the class we can connect over tea and learn about nutrition from Isabella, our host.
