Your breath is the gateway to your nervous system and key to optimum health. Many of us experience life, particularly during a pandemic or crisis of any kind, with an elevated level of stress in the body. Working with your breath, learning to breath deeper and with more awareness can have an immediate effect on your stress levels and the way you feel.
In this mini workshop you will learn simple breathing exercises from the yoga tradition, that will help you to feel calmer, more connected to your body and able to release stress and tension.
This is a donation based event. Donations are not required, but any donations offered are donated to a charitable cause, Action Aid, helping prevent domestic violence against women.
All attendees will be entered into a raffle to win a free month of yoga at the Nambour Yoga Centre.
