Curious Movement is part yoga, part dance, pure JOY! Each class is an invitation to trust your inner knowledge, given permission to reconnect to your natural curiosity and encouraged to challenge the ways of being that keep you stuck. No dance or yoga experience needed…be as you are! We are going to be tuning into the energetic body as well as the physical/emotional, release stuck energy, invite curiosity, build community and leave you sweaty and smiling. Oh and did we mention that it is FUN!
