This restorative yoga practice is designed to help you sink into deep rest and relaxation.
With supported yin yoga poses, breathwork and yoga nidra, this practice provides an opportunity to pause the busyness of life, to journey within, and find peace, stillness and balance.

This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +, regardless of your fitness level.
No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class is a time to relax, focus on your new baby and prepare for birth, it’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.

What to expect: All of the Yoga classes begin with a warm-up session to stretch your back, arms and legs. After that, postures will help to boost your strength and endurance. As well as classic yoga poses, you'll focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Classes usually end with a relaxation or guided hypnobirthing mediation session to help you to wind down and feel refreshed.

This class is taught by Claire Harvey, baby yoga, baby massage and pregnancy yoga expert.

This class is a slow, flowing, movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.

Expect to unwind, enjoy gentle movement and feel complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.

Poetry, stories, yoga, music and deep relaxation are all guided into this session. An hour of candlelight magic.

A breath led Hatha yoga style class with a seasonal theme to guide you towards connecting with your own internal rhythms in harmony with the wisdom and cycles of nature.

Class will always include guided breathwork to relax or energise; movement sequences for physical mobility, strength, flexibility, balance and stability; meditation for building emotional resilience and mental clarity and deep relaxation to leave you feeling nurtured and calm.

Join Chris for an energetic Dynamic Vinyasa class where we will explore a sequence of beginner and fundamental yoga postures, melding elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow styles with the occasional challenge included.

The class is designed to help open your body and breath, unlock strength and vitality, finishing with a period of deep relaxation, leaving you calm and with a heightened sense of awareness and wellbeing.
