Description
This will be a restorative yoga class to end the month. It is separate to the monthly menopause / evening yoga class so must be booked separately.

🕯️ Entirely floor based movement (wear comfy clothes)
🕯️ Lots of props, longer holds and guided meditation to allow deep rest / relaxation
🕯️ Herbal tea and journalling
Suitable for beginners to yoga, advanced yogis or those just needing a rest!
