After feedback from students, we are going to try a new approach to the Thursday class, which will be as challenging as you wish to make it.

Restorative Yoga is a practice where each pose is held for longer to relax the body, reduce stress and prepare for relaxation.

It focuses on precision and alignment, which is believed to bring harmony to the physical, mental and emotional body. Poses are held for longer to build strength & flexibility and deepen concentration. There will be a sequence which gently builds upon itself to safely open the body & mind. We will explore the power of breath work and lead into a guided meditation and deep relaxation (Nidra).

Everyone will be able to work at their own pace, holding postures for as long as they are able and resting in between.
