Bailee is a Certified 200 HR Yoga Instructor, who completed her training with Practice Everywhere. She initially started her fitness journey three years ago after her third child was born. She fell in love with her routine, the results and how it made her feel! Her true passion is Power Yoga. Bailee believes building strength on your mat will prepare you for those hard moments off the mat. She has a desire to share that showing up for yourself is half the battle! The other half is giving yourself grace.
Description
Core Flow is a vinyasa-based active class to help tone and strengthen the core muscles in the body and to help improve and stabilize your back. Taking care of the core is essential to the body's balance and mobility.
This full-body class is an opportunity to build strength using traditional yoga asanas and sequencing to engage targeted muscle groups. Savasana is offered at the end to aid with muscle recovery and rest.
